New visitors suggestion

So, the basic idea is to expand on how much visitors we can see, plus the option for the ones we don't want to see.

I always want to know who [frequently] visits my page, so I check the visitors every once in a while, but I have the feeling im being limited in seeing who visits my page. Many people may agree on this.

I also hate it when i block someone, that person keeps on visiting my page. I have had it several times that when i scroll trough my page, i see the same icon over and over, days after days[?] ^{_{(Imho, these person dont have a life, but its up to them to decide what to do with their time )}}

Ofc. the mechanism won't be changed, so if someone, for example ~deviant1 was on place 6 when he visited my page on 5:04pm. So when he'll come back 5 min later, he will be put on nr1, and nr1 will become nr2 etc.
